Our Step-by-Step

Certified Duct Cleaning Process:

1. Inspection

Our experinced technicians will conduct a thorough inspection of your air duct system to assess its condition and identify any areas of concern. This helps us tailor our cleaning process to meet your specific needs.

2. Sealing and Zoning

All Supply and Return vents are sealed to properly maintain the suction and prevent cross contamination. Using zoning devices and separators, the furnace unit and the A/C coils are blocked and secured.

3. Placing the Return/Intake side under negative pressure

We create an access opening in the return main duct line/plenum and hook up the duct-vacuum with over 5,000 CFM suction, placing the entire return/intake part of the system under negative pressure.

4. Cleaning the Return/Intake side

Our technicians use specialized tools and techniques to agitate and dislodge accumulated dust and debris within Return Air Vents and Main Ducts. This is followed by a powerful air-sweeping process, which flushes out loosened contaminants and ensures a deep and thorough cleaning.

5. Placing the Supply side under negative pressure

An access opening is created in the supply main duct line, and the duct-vacuum is connected, placing the entire supply system under negative 5,000 CFM pressure. This creates a strong suction throughout the Supply Side of the duct system.

6. Cleaning the Supply side

Using the same technique, each Supply Air Vent is opened, brushed, and air-swept individually. The full length of the supply Main Duct line is meticulously cleaned. Before/After videos are taken for your satisfaction and peace of mind

7. Air Handler Cleaning

Using high-suction vacuums and various types of brushes, including air-whip systems, bristle brushes, and compressed air-sweep tools , the blower fan and its housing are cleaned without removal. The air filter is also replaced (standard sizes only)

8. Patching, Sealing and Testing

Access openings are carefully patched and sealed to restore the integrity of your duct system. These service panels are reusable for future cleanings. All zoning devices and separators are removed, the system is checked for the working condition
